What are they up to now?

The brothers
Mauskapf, fresh off their county-wide tour,
maintain high demand among the fraternity of Klezmer Brass
music. The former heavyweights of the New Paltz Youth
Symphony have recently turned down offers to solo with
several notable Elementary School ensembles in order to
concentrate on their upcoming Klezmer album entitled, “Yeti
on a Hot Tin Roof”, due in stores sometime this decade.
Michael, the eldest brother, has been likened to a “young
Wynton Marsalis…only white.” Adam, an Uno playing horn
player, emulates the playing of the New York Philharmonic’s
Phil Meyer. He also likes bears. Michael plans to pursue a
graduate degree in musicology, while Adam probably won’t
amount to much at all (i.e. a doctor) The photo provided
was taken at the San Diego Zoo, where the brother’s often
summer. |
